Beyond the puzzle Project
October 2011

Goal/End Product:
I want to create a digital archived for olds academy’s scripts and make them available to a sharing knowledge network for professors, students and anyone that could bring a new vision to a theme.

Target Audience:
Educational community. My target audiences are retired or semi-retired professors, active professors and their students.

Experts or test group:
My test group will be a group of retired and active professors.        

Purpose:
The purpose of this project is enduring knowledge. Combining the old with the current knowledge, review and discuss to produce again.

Objectives:
1.     Compiling scripts from retired and past away professor and publish them (with permission) and publish them with issue.
2.     Compare my project with others. Check that all my resource and tools are really the best for project.
3.     Identify and contact three retired professors and five to ten active that I want to Integrated to my project.
4.     Identify and contact at least 3 person from educational or media areas.
5.     Ask them for a review and their opinion about project.
6.     Make corrections according to opinions and review from users and external Professionals. Evaluate the results of the discussion. Verify if some
7.      Integrated at least 100 books, 100 videos and 200 essays or scripts with opens rights from different themes and opinions using dropbox and youtube like archived.

Procedure and Timeline:
The Beyond the puzzle project should be star working by January 2012 like a beta version. For August 2012 should be available on his full version. 

Steps include:
1.     Create and develop the Beyond the puzzle project base structure using blog, twitter, dropbox and issuu.  (by November 2011)
2.     Keep getting all knowledge’s possible from EMTD Full sail program. (To March 2011)
3.     Compiling scripts from retired and past away professor. (by December 2011)
4.     Create some discussion themes with those scripts (Example: did the gender really exist? Check out what professor X, have to say). (by January 2012)
5.     Compare my project with others. Check that all my resource and tools are really the best for project. (by January 2012)
6.     Identify and contact three retired professors and five to ten active. Explain them about my e-learning project Beyond the puzzle. Tell them to join the discussion and give their opinion. (by February 2012)
7.     Ask them for a review and their opinion about project. (February 2012)
8.     Ask for a review and opinion from at least 3 professional from educational or media areas. (January –to March 2012)
9.     Make corrections according to opinions and review from users and external Professionals. (March 2012) 
10.  Contact the test users again (the professors) and create a debate between their Different opinions. Also invited their students to the behind the puzzle project, and integrated them to the discussion. (April 2012)
11        11.  Evaluate the results of discussion. Make any correction that Beyond the puzzle could need for
                  better function.  (May to June 2012)
12.  Invite more professors (from University of Puerto Rico campus) to join Beyond the puzzle project. (june 2012 – August 2012)
13.  Officially working for the entire educational community (at beginning the University or Puerto Rico) (August 2012)

Resources to date include:
1. blogger - As principal resource of publish and post opinions.
2.     Beyond the puzzle blog - As reference source.
3.     Twitter - for quick and almost real time communication.
4.     Issuu - to convert old and new scrip’s into digital books, magazine or essay.
5.     youtube - for upload and share videos. 
6.     Lynda - In case of need training.
7.     Olds academy’s scripts.
8.     Dropbox. As document archive. 


Reflection: 
Keep it simple. That was I get remembered doing this project. I still need work with that. I make a post of this on my blog
